Returns/Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. We offer free returns. Once we receive an eligible return, your return/exchange will be processed. 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return,  

~All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt.

~the item must be unused and unwashed.

~the item must be in the original packaging with original tags.

~there should be no pet hair or odor of any kind on the item like cigarette smoke, perfume and deodorant.

~items purchased from the sale category are final sale only.

~any free products that are given away as part of a promotion. Free products received during a promotion are not eligible for return.

~International orders are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

~Items purchased in Sale or Price Point sales are FINAL SALE.

RETURN SHIPPING

We do not charge for return shipping. Once your return request has been approved, we will send you a shipping label to send the goods back to us. 

ITEMS ON SALE OR ON PROMOTIONS CANNOT BE RETURNED. UNLESS THEIR IS SOME DEFECT OR INCORRECT ITEM SENT TO YOU

RETURN PROCESSING 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for eligibility. If eligible, on the basis of the choice you selected or have mentioned, we will issue a store credit or refund in your credit card (or original method of payment).  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT ITEM

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, we will refund you the full amount that you have paid. Proof of damage/defect may be required. We will allow returns on any items that have manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS

Please ensure you cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. You can then start the return process.
